For Plate of mixed greens :

  • 1 pound Prepared Coconut Shrimp 
  • 10 containers kale and cabbage slaw blend
  • Nut Sauce Dressing 
  • Mango Salsa 
  • For Nut Sauce Dressing 
  • ½ container normal nutty spread 
  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • 2 Tablespoons dark colored sugar 
  • 1-3 teaspoons stew garlic sauce (to taste) 
  • Juice of a large portion of a lime (around 1 tablespoon) 
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, squeezed or ground 
  • 1-2 inch bit of new ginger root, stripped and ground (1-2 Tablespoons worth) 
  • 2-4 tablespoons warm water 

For Mango Salsa :

  • 1 mango, diced 
  • 1/4 container red onion, diced 
  • 1/2 jalapeno, diced 
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice 
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro, cleaved 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 


  1. Make Prepared Coconut Shrimp 
  2. Whisk together shelled nut sauce dressing and hurl half of it with the kale and cabbage slaw, save the other half for showering.
