Asian Slaw Recipe

3 ingredient asian slaw

I am all about easy meal solutions, and this Asian Slaw could not be easier. You only need three ingredients to make a yummy side salad that everyone will gobble up. Yup, you read right! All you need is tri-color cole slaw mix, peanuts and Asian dressing.

how to make asian slaw

The supermaket shortcut in this dish is a bottle of Asian dressing. You can use any Asian dressing in this easy recipe, but my favorite is Ken’s Lite Asian Sesame with ginger and soy. I really love the flavors. But honestly, any bottled Asian dressing will do.

How to Make Asian Slaw

Place cole slaw mix into a large mixing bowl. Pour an entire 16 oz bottle of Asian dressing into the bowl with the slaw mix.
