  • 5 pounds chicken wings 
  • 2 Tbs preparing powder 
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil 
  • 1 Tbs genuine salt Or less, see note 
  • 1/2 tsp naturally ground dark pepper 
  • Ginger Soy Coating: 
  • 1/4 glass nectar 
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 
  • 1/2 tsps minced garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger 
  • 1/4 glass water 


Wings guidelines: 

  1. Preheat broiler to 250°F. 
  2. Utilize a paper towel to congratulate the completely defrosted wings dry. This won’t work with solidified wings.
