1 extensive spaghetti squash cooked, see notes 


8 oz crimini mushrooms cut 


2-3 teaspoons olive oil for cooking mushrooms 


1/2 glass cilantro 


1/4 glass slashed peanuts or cashews 


2 limes cut in wedges 


dark sesame seeds to taste 


red peppers drops to taste 


4 glasses vegetable juices or chicken stock 


Juices 


1 can full fat canned coconut milk 


1/2 glass nutty spread or cashew/almond margarine for paleo/whole30 


2 tablespoons coconut aminos 


2 tablespoons dates set 


1 teaspoon green curry glue 


1 teaspoon ground ginger 


3 garlic cloves


How to Make:


  1. In a sear skillet include cut mushrooms and a shower of olive oil. Saute until brilliant blending once in a while. At that point put aside. 
  2. In a blender or sustenance processor puree elements for sauce until smooth. At that point join with vegetable stock in a pan and warmth on the stove over medium warmth until stewing, at that point expel and put aside.
