  • ⅔ container water (⅔c up = 150 ml) (warm) 
  • 8 bamboo sticks 

Sweet Soy Sauce: 

  • 5 Tbsp sugar (modify sweetness to your preferring) 
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 Tbsp mirin 
  • 4 Tbsp water 
  • 1 Tbsp potato/corn starch 
  • 1 Tbsp water (for dissolving corn starch)
