- 3½ oz Shiratamako (glutinous rice flour/sweet rice flour) (3½ oz = 100g)
- 2 tsp sugar
- ⅔ container water (⅔c up = 150 ml) (warm)
- 8 bamboo sticks
Sweet Soy Sauce:
- 5 Tbsp sugar (modify sweetness to your preferring)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp mirin
- 4 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp potato/corn starch
- 1 Tbsp water (for dissolving corn starch)
- Assemble every one of the fixings.
