1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (use plant based for veggie lover) 


1/2 c almond milk 


1 tbsp chia seeds 


Fixings 


1 c blackberries 


2 tbsp fragmented almonds 


maple syrup for shower 


greek yogurt (use veggie lover yogurt if essential) 


How to Make:


Spot the oats, protein, chia seeds and milk into a bricklayer container or holder with a top. Shake or mix until fixings are very much consolidated. Chill for 1 hour or medium-term.
